Union Radiator, Pottstown, PA.

Hello,

Have a houseful of UR, I'll call them semi- rococo
in appearance. Not quite as ornate as American, just
different, although same EDR as the AM. 38"H ( I like em' )

I wonder if anybody may have some historical references
on the foundry, plant or company.

I suspect they made more than radiators, yes?

TIA, db

    Unfortunately

Union Radiator didn't make it into either Beacon Boiler Reference or the Hydronic Rating Handbook. I've seen some of their rads too, but not any of their boilers though I'm sure they made those too.

The Columbia Boiler Co. is located in Pottstown, maybe one of the old-timers there would know what happened to Union Radiator.
