    I got the e-mail but have been sleeping when you last called :)

    Have not forgotten about you, just trying to fit it in when I can. When we discussed this it was some weeks ago when there was more 'free time'. Just in a crunch now but I will get to it....

    I did not know it was that urgent- is it? I will do my best.

    Thanks a million. Not urgent to me, but my tenants all have their ears up waiting to see what I owe them. (I offered them a rebate based on our new formula.) As I mentioned, I have the printouts of the heatloss I did for each unit and will scan & send those later today and will gladly wait until you have time. Things are busy here as well, lots of frozen pipes & no heat calls.

    I very much appreciate your help in this matter. If there is anything from UT I can send you as a thanks, let me know...although I cannot think of anything from this state that anyone would really want...salt?
