in THE MAIN WALL
Creaks like a barn door, for 5 secs, every 10 secs>> 2 zone installed after 007 on supply >> doesn't make a difference with actuator rod open or closed

Zone 2 [creaky] also seems to run a couple of deg's cooler than zone 1 >> this is with an Ultra set up at DD temps and contant circ with tstats calling

Head problem?, body? voltage? could be affecting flow?
