    Baffling problems with 6 yrs old Wirsbo system

    There are over 25 zone valves, four circulaating pumps, seperate headers for ceramic radiant, wood floor radiant, pex fed cast iron radiators. Installer has disappeared. Currnet problems revolve around erratic heat to wood floor radiant areas controlled by a mixing valve that failed. Need someone experienced with wirsbo controls, valves circuit boards circa 2000.

    My post last week seeking counsel was answered by Dave Holdorf, Wirsbo engineer and East Coast trouble shooter. Thanks to Dave for coming by the house, (after an all night drive from Bangor Maine) bringing with him Ed Manley, the installer and making some great suggestions. Once Ed locates and installs an outdated mixing valve and purges the system, I expect that all will be in order. Thanks again Dave for great follow-up and service.
