Does anyone make an on demand water heater like the Rennai that is approved for mobile home use?

    Mobile home approval requires

    that the equipment be "shipped/provided" with the conversion kit. I know that Rinnai's position is that you would be nuts to just provide the kit to a 180k appliance to the homeowner. While they are the right way to go in these domiciles, until the standards change there can be no mh approval.

    You may want to consider a straight electric w/h with timer.

    Very effective way to keep energy costs minimal.
