No Heat Call-Down to 80 deg

Gotta love our old timers. Went on a call the other day, 30 deg outside. I'm wearing two shirts and a sweatshirt. Get to the house, an elderly man 96 years old. I walk in to the house and break into a sweat. I ask what the problem was. He said my bedroom was cold. The thermostat read 83 deg. His bedroom was down to 80. Found the problem to be from a steam vent on the rad not venting. Fixed the problem quick. I suggested he move to the tropics
