t-stats- w/ remote sensors

Hey guys.
Hears my problem, I have a 10 unit condo that needs a new t-stat/remote sensor. Unit4,directly above the boiler room, has had the sensor in it for years. This past summer the unit4 owner had installed a seprate zone from the rest of the building. Now, with the building sensor located in
that unit the building has had very uneven heat, obviously.
What i would like to do is move the sensor to another unit. Easier said than done. My question to yow fellows is:

Do you know if anyone makes a t-stat with a wireless remote sensor. Or if not, how bout a wireless tstat that screen can be locked? (ie.honeywell's visionpro 8000)
