    Power Vent Steam

    Is there any boiler manufacturer that has a power vented gas steam boiler? I have an older home which the chimney is a mess, I have the option of lining it but it is about 40' tall and a very steep roof. I'm thinking of abandoning the chimney if that's a possibilty. My contractor thought that I woyld have to add a pwervent to a chimney vented boiler. Is there any other option?

    I looked at their site and it looks like the Independence PV would be perfect. Are these commonly used or is this rare?
