Just completed this panel to do a radiant home in the mountains with 1500SF of snowmelt. The system will be attached to a Vitodens 15-60 boiler. The ESBE 3 way will modulate the glycol snowmelt system via the FPHX, the 1" Viessmann 3 way will do the residence. A Tekmar 664 control will do the snowmelt and modulate the ESBE mixing valve. The panel took 2 days to build, and hopefully will save significant time when we assemble the system on-site.

Well Done!

Nice looking layout. I was unable to enlarge the pic so I couldn't tell, what kind of clamp are you using for your expansion tank? We have been buying Mupro Spiral Duct Clamps that fit really nice around them. I'm surprised Leo hasn't hit you up.

Clamps

I do use the Sonic clamps, but used 2" galv strap to keep the depth less. Leo hits me up whenever he can.
