bronzing powder

There are articles on radiator finishing by Mike Thies in Hot Tech Topics that are very much worth reading. Mike could write a book on radiators as fine art.

Mike once recommended a company called Sinopia which sells metallic powders and finishes, gold leaf (hey why not? It is conductive...) and other fine art raw material finishes.

    bronzing powder

anybody knowledgable about the specifics of applying bronzing powder to cast iron. I'm trying to achieve a metallic look that looks less garish than gold or silver paint

What primer is used underneath, what vehicle is the powder mixed in, can it be clear top coated to give the paint depth?

Sinopia doesn't seem to sell the mica anymore. Here's another source--very good price as well:

Look here in Hot Tech Topics under Stripping Rads, Painting Rads and Bronzing Rads.
