Great site! I'm looking into the training info and possible classes for my techs. Does anyone here have experience with the tester? Will it work on anyones ECM, or just GE,... or does anyone else make an ECM other than GE?

To the best of my knowledge,

It only works on GE ECM Motors (Not sure who else makes one if anybody), and I'm not sure if it will work on the first genreation (1.0) ECM Motors, but the chances of finding one of those still running is pretty slim as they would be around 15 to 20 years old.

I've had the first tester with four switches on it for several years and it has worked fine and quickly every time I've used it.
