I just bought a condo with hot water heat and it must be 85 degrees and the thermostat is turned off so it is just the heat from the pipes. How do I lower the amount of heat into the pipes?

it sounds....
as if there is a problem w/ a flow check valve seating closed properly.....it is ghost flowing....not a big deal just needs to be either tightened or flushed out.....kpc
