expansion tank sizing for alarge heat storage tank

I'm entering new territory. I'm installing a 550 gal pressure vessel in a boiler system [wood]Tarm boiler]to be used as a heat storage and I want to make sure that I size the expansion correctly so I've tuned to the wall. The max temp. will be around 200 and the min. Isn't real clear. How well can a forced air system draw down the heat storage? When the water hits about 100 or so it should plateau? Or do we need to look at the worst case scenario? Such as shutting down the system for what ever reason. The tank will be in a cold storage area although it will be insulated with 3" of sprayed on polyurethane foam. Lastly what is the general consensus on expansion tanks standard tanks vs. bladder tanks?

Tanks a lot
My system holds around 600 gallons. I believe that is a B&G 90?
Siggy's HDS tell you 54 gallon tank volume.
Did you try the B&G, Amtrol, or Wessel site? They may have an online calculator.
