Crown or Thomasville- thermaflo boilers?

Well, crown makes a good boiler and it's steam with a vent damper is a good choice. However, all currently sold steam boilers that burn nat gas are good, so the real concern is the installer. Buy whatever boiler the best installer in your area wants to install, the key is sizing and installing correctly. The cleaning after install should take at least 4 hours, the entire system needs to be evaluated, don't worry about brand, do worry about how it's installed. There are steam books you can buy here to help.

What do you know or think about these two brand boilers? I was recently looking at a Crown Bermuda gas-fired steam boilers but don't know a thing about them except that their made on PA, I think.0
