delaminating pex tubing

recently started using 1/2 inch o2 barrier pex made by CPI /DURAPEX . used approximately 20'000 feet before realizing tubing installed months earlier seems to be delaminating the clear last layer (pretty sure its the o2 barrier). Its not happening to all the tubing, maybe 10percent.it more or less seems to be bubbling up.rep contacted me after giving sample to supply house, rep pretty much blew it off as no big deal and said it happens if tubing is exposed to moister.Rep also said they would test sample, but then never picked it up from supply house. Not really sure how this is going to be resolved since rep doesnt seem to be stepping up.Has anyone had similar issues with this product? thank you in advance for any responses
