I do a lot of steam heat and I chose Weil McLain, any day, everyday as my boiler of choice. Top quality, built right here in the USA and very good support from suppliers and factory.

COMPARISON BURNHAM VS WEIL MCLAIN
I will be replacing my old oil boiler (single main steam line system) with a new oil unit. Choices are either Weil McLain SGO3 or Burnham V83. Any comments, input, suggestions or recommendations would be helpful. Concerned about reliability, Tech support if necessary, any problems, any negatives, etc. etc.0 -
New Burnham
I check out the new Burnham MST instead of a V83, it is a new 3-pass steam that is in a class of it's own. I've always had great success with the support I've recieved and Glen Stanton from Burnham who hangs out here on the wall is one of the best trainers and tech support in the industry.
