tick bites

last night i was just sitting around and happend to notice that there was something on my chest. well what do u know a tick. he was in there good, the doctor had to give me novicanie and then cut the little sucker out. unfortunatley she said it may be a carrier of lyme disease so they sent it away for testing and i have to go back for blood testing, they also put me on medicine.

it does not seem like it has been then rite weather for them to come out and start bitting. i have had them on me durring hunting season but never been bittin. hopeing for then best. please pray for the best. thank you

    Don't worry too much.
    They have to be on for 36 hours for the disease take hold.

    My daughter has been bitten a few times, as have I. All the blood test
    negative, but the tick was positive.

    This weather is ideal, it's too warm. The only thing that makes them dormant is snow.

    2-years ago. It sucked big time and the massive antibiotics make you do things you never thought imaginable! Devan, how are things are your side of the county?
