Kawanee boiler, oil fired, just serviced and new valves installed on all rads. Rads checked for 5 degree tilt back to pipe (single pipe system) Any help?

    2nd floor no heat

The venting may be an issue or the cycle rate of the stat may to too short, shutting off the burner before all the rads are satisfied. If you have adjustable vents, slow downt the first floor and open the second floor vents more. IF you have an adjustable heat anticipator on your stat, turn it all the way up. IF problem persists, call in a pro.
