This is the info that I received from the owner of the tstat.

It seems like its always calling for heat and one degree less than the set temp.

Any ideas?

I'll call Tekmar on Monday.

that stat is a double set point stat used for floor sensing. Is there a floor sensor attached to it. The sensor temp and the room temp may be set too close together. Make sure the settings are correct and then lock it out to user mode to prevent "customer adjustment"

A good thermometer will reveal a lot. I'd double check it. I've seen a few tekmar stats that didnt function completely correctly. I believe the 508/509 is the floor sensing stat.

507 does not take a floor sensor; that's the 508.
