Steam Heat Professional Needed!

I am looking for a steam heat professional in the Harrisburg area. One of my "radiators" will not heat up. All others in the system will. The problem is that these radiators are set into the wall, and I have no idea where the vents are on them. I'm sure the problem is nothing more than improper venting, but I'm at a loss as to how to fix it.

I tried that, and it lists only one professional in York, PA, which is about 30 miles South. I'm not sure he works in Harrisburg.
