Munchkin 80M, no display

Have not seen this boiler yet but customer says no display on keypad but fan running and fuse on control board good. Plug in correctly supposedly also. I would assume the only possibility is a bad display, or could it be a bad control board?? any thoughts. Thanks, Tim

Check the connectors your self...
Display is seperate on the 925. Is it running just fine? Regardless of date of purchase if display is fried, Ask the factory to provide a new one, and watch out for the core charge, still waiting from Dave Martin why it's taking so long, and this is if they stand behind the unit.0 -

Figured it out for my self...

I have a customer with 2 munchkins running in tandem. one is working the other is not. The one that is not working has power to the control board (a 925) but not to the display board. Both boilers have had 2 control board replacements in the last 4 years. Any Ideas?
