    It's probably a leak.

Is there any way you could give us more to go on?

2 zones both 114 ,each with 011 taco pump. in one of the zones the pump is laboring. if we open boiler drain some air will spit out and pump sounds normal, but we are adding water once a week. this has been happening for about two months. is there a Leek?

    A few questions

The zone circulates ok when you fill it?

Is there an automatic air vent on the system?

    What kind of radiant floors?

Is there a crawlspace or is it a slab?

Are the zones on different levels?

    How is the expansion tank?

Any chance the expansion tank could be water logged?

Is there any evidence of the relief valve dripping?

What kind of boiler is it?

    a bit more info

Zone circulates fine when has enough water in zone.

Yes there is an auto air vent.

Baseboard radiant on both zones, copper visible on the one loosing pressure no sign of leeks, other zone piping under concrete

    Zones are at same level.

There is 3 large exp. tanks. I do not believe they are water logged.

Nothing dripping any where visible "releif".

    Leaks

At this point I think you need to cap the ends of the loops in question and pressure test them. Hold the test for as long as possible (12-24hours).If you use air you can check joints that are exposed with soapy water. Good luck
