Boy was this job tight! As usual the guys who built the walls around this boiler room did not take the HVAC mechanics into consideration.
We forgot to grab the digital until the old header was out but we reassembled it on the floor in the other room so we could take a picture.
Scope of work was.
1> Re-pipe header to boiler manufactures specifications.
2> Drop existing copper wet-return to floor so it was actually a wet-return.
3> Vent the Steam mains and dry returns.
4> Add a Vaporstat

Not alot of room there !!
Did you use short handle wrenches LOL,Nothing like putting 6 gallons in a 5 gallon bucket ! Looks good!

and I'll bet it works great too! Obviously this is a Vapor system- what type? Broomell, Webster, VECO?
