I talked with Honeywell yesterday at 2:00 pm and i just recived it by UPS , and no charge! Thats custermer service!!

    I'm very impressed!!!!

    I like to use the Honeywell mixing valves, but because of the plastic inserts you have to try and line things up make your sweats, and see if it still fits. so being a devote American chopper show fan ! the word mock up came to me ! ( boom lights on ) and so i call Honeywell and asked about the defective bodys they get back from time to time and ask if i could have one to use as a mock up. And BINGO, they said Sure whats you address !! Very refreshing to deal with them !!!
