    STEAM PROBLEM

    I HAVE ONE PIPE STEAM HEAT AND ON THE 2ND FLOOR BEDROOM THE RADIATOR DOES NOT KEEP HOT AND I CHANGED THE AIR VALVE BUT NOTHING CHANGE.NOW THE WATER ON MY GAUGE GLASS IS GOING UP AND DOWN. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, PLEASE HELP .
