Is there a trouble shooting sheet on the back of the cover?

Flow switch diaphram, try that first, second did the glow plug ignition, the ceramic thing, get bumped if anyone took a look inside the chamber it sticks out and is very fragile, also the control is polarity sensitive, check and see if the hot neut is reversed at the junction box with a tester that has this test feature, and more specific information if your control board has the blinking light feature? Was it running and now it isn't?

Ditto the thermostat, but these guys, Duane are you home? know how to jump out the tt terminals as a first step...

    Codes?

Is the furnace ICM showing/flashing any fault codes?
If so what are they indicating.

Just a WAG but I have run into several furnaces less than 2 years old that acted very strange. Wierd cycle times and failures to light with no codes on the ciruit board. In those cases it turned ouut to be a power stealing type thermostat that was causing the problem

    if this

is happening when there is no call for heat, I'll bet you have an electronic thermostat.

There is no rhyme or reason (had a multiple furnace install 5 same units, same stats, 1 did ths, the other 4 wouldn't) but a small amount of bleed currentis closing the electronic relay on the integrated control causing the inducer to cycle. Install an isolation relay and it will go away.

    Mitch is correct

I'll bet it's the Thermostat. A power stealing stat to be precise. The new Honeywell Digital Round T-Stats come with a small resister because they are power stealing.
