piping questions

Have a couple of questions for you guys..
proposing 2 TT Solo 175's. Using LLH to decouple. Two TT TR120's.
in addition to the high temp TR zone there will be 7 more high temp zones piped secondary.
Here is the question: There is a single temp requirement (about 110+) required for 22 zones of Warmboard (some micro). These zones are going to have telestats and various manifolds scattered around the house. How should I handle this? How much flow can one get out of Wirsbo's Propanels? What tekmar/Promix control would be appropriate to stage the two boilers, do domestic, do 7 more zones of high temp, and do one low temp?
TIA!
