Pull the chassis off the base, held on by I think 4 captive screws. Tighten all wires on sub base. Clean the contact surfaces of the chassis and base. Put back on, if still doing it, check and see if it is sticking in purge and not going to trial for ignition. May very likely be a bad timer card. If not then probably a bad chassis if never making it to spark. Plugging in a new card is the quickest way to check after the cleaning and retest.
