security code

Preview and post only works one time for me. If I try to post another message in that way I get an error message. Cutting a pasting the code doesn't work either. When I do that, it leaves either the first or the last character off the string. It won't let me add the missing digit or numeral. Seem's like Al Gore would have the bugs out of his internet by now.
All that being said, you only have to do the code one time per session usually. It seems to hold for at least an hour before you have to re-do. The thing I really don't like is the time limit on entering a response or a query. My typing skills were never more than forty to fifty wpm so a lengthy reply gets booted.

Dan, why is it that I can enter the code and reply to multiple queries, but one always seem to be locked out. Tried to answer question today about range boilers and can't get it posted. Have done a lot of these in the past and have info that may be helpful, but can't respond. Tried leaving the site and coming back in but no luck....just a fluke????0 -
Al
I have found that when the code has a 0 in it, it may mean either the number or the cpaital case o. I've been able to switch until I get the right one. I hope this helps. WW

I wonder why
some of us never have to enter a code?
What are you using for a browser? FF 2.0.0.1 here.0 -
pitman9
I`ve wondered that too,,,, is the refresh button on the Wall different than the refresh button on FF??? Maybe that`s why?

Or just hit preview under the code box
it usually bypasses the code for you0
