    Bell & Gossett Unveils New DB-Differential Bypass Valve

    Morton Grove, Illinois… December 29, 2006 - An innovative new Differential Bypass (DB) Valve designed to control excess flow in hydronic systems has been introduced by Bell & Gossett.

    When there is a reduction in demand, the new valve acts as a bypass while ensuring adequate flow to the remaining open circuits. Designed to be used in systems where heating loads may be excluded from the circuit as zone valves close, the DB-Differential Bypass Valve also helps reduce velocity noise caused by excess flow through the circuits while maintaining the pump head at a constant value.

    Developed for hydronic systems utilizing zone valves, the new valve offers the following features:

    * All brass body with non-ferrous internals

    * Horizontal or vertical installation

    * 3/4" connection

    * Maximum working pressure 150 PSIG

    * Maximum operating temperature 230 degrees Fahrenheit (110 degrees Celsius)

    We stock B&G Products

    They just don't move like they used to. Lot's of dust on the boxes. Grundfos quickly became our best seller, followed by Taco. Glad to see new products...
