So price him a service contract with certain factors built in....after hours calls, emergency service, etc. so you can make a living.

Some customers are difficult, some will understand why a service contract that does all...costs $$$

    What's Up Doc?

    Afew weeks ago I got a call from a Doctor,he wanted a price on a service contract for his BRAND NEW oil fired furnace.He purchased it from Sid Harvey's,his friend installed it,AND he want's me to warranty it(he say's that I can work it out with S/H) AND he want's to buy C.O.D. oil to avoid paying for a "full service" contract.My responce was (maybe not Politically Correct)Are you a Proctoligest or do you need one?
