in THE MAIN WALL
after the morning programed warmup (or evening) my boiler will run into a vacuum causing the end of the main vent to suck air.should i be concerned?

    Unless it's designed as a vacuum system, then no, you needn't be concerned. Most residential steam systems 'breathe.'
