My father has a Miller gas furnace and he keeps having the pilot loight blow out on windy days. I had him check the gas pressures, replace the pilot, and check the wind cap. What else should I have him check ? I don't know where else to go with this one.

bob,
He could have a cracked heat exchanger. Have a pro in to check it. Cracked HX can be real tough to "see", you have to know how to find them.
Does he have a CO det. in the house?
Dont fool around with this!!!
