I'm now in the process of changing out a 6 yr old Ultimate 4 sect oil boiler due to a leak in the section or seam which is dropping a nice waterfall into the chamber. I put it in 6yrs ago and it had a regular cleaning every year. H.O. called because it was "smoking alot". I noticed water under the boiler but thought it was the blow off. Opened transformer to change nozzle and heard water running. I was hoping someone had turned a faucet on upstairs but no luck. Looked down blast tube and saw water running into a small pond in the combustion chamber. Yippeee.. This is the 2nd one I've seen leak like this, anyone else had problems. Manufacturer said they will swap it out 100% minus the burner so that's good news.
