American Standard elect. boiler parts needed

Burnham bought American Standard back in the early 1970's and this boiler probably was one that carried through into the Burnham line as the Carefree boiler. The Model 420 has a rating of 68,000 and utilizes White Rodgers 24A54-2 sequencers. Take a look at the attached I&O manual to see if the wiring and configuration is the same. If so then these are available as a repair part through your Burnham distributor as Burnham Part #80160052.

American Standard electric boiler arts needed

From what I can tell I need a sequencing switch for a American Standard ES-68 elect. boiler. Any information or parts availabilty would be apreciated.HO is prepared to by a new boiler as this one has been there since 1970. Are the new Elect. boilers any more eff.?

any sequencer will work!!

Any stock sequencer will work as long as rated for the kw required. Tim.

p.s. R.E. Michael in Quakertown Pa. tells me Burnham doesn't make a elctric boiler.

I will admit that these have not exactly been the greatest selling boilers we have ever made, but they are indeed still in the lineup. R.E. Michel just may not have them in their catalog or system. Just have them order this by the Burnham Part # I posted. Our offices will reopen Wednesday from the Christmas Holidays. That part number is in our current Parts Catalog as being available. I have attached a .pdf file of the I&O manual as well as the literature. Hope this helps.
