outside smell from oil burner
I had an Energy Kinetics System 2000 (EK1) installed last May. As the weather is getting colder, I have been noticing a strong smell outside (a distinct smell I can't really describe -- maybe "sweet and nauseating"?) in the mornings while the burner in firing. Is it normal to smell the exhaust like this?0 -
Exhaust smell?
Is it power vented? You probably didn't notice it until the heating season because it will seldom run for domestic hot water. Now it's colder weather, it runs more.0
