Boiler short cycling

Just had a WM steam boiler installed with 30g Superstor indirect tank. I believe the honeywell aquastat is set up with a low limit temp and no high limit for the steam. I have noticed the boiler short cycling. It will start 4 times per hour and only run for a few minutes even when when the steam zone is not calling for more heat. I assume this is related to the indirect but I thought the heat loss with these tanks was very efficient and would not require the boiler to reheat this often. No issues with the steam side at all.
Is the short cycling related to the temp setting on the aquastat and what about any differential setting?
What is the proper aquastat setting and diff setting for the indirect?
