    The Church theory is sound ! You were right, I was wrong... and I'm retracting my previous statement, HUMBLY.

    I got called back there for a "no heat" call. Lo and Behold...a leak in a return line in the OTHER basement.

    Mea Culpa,oh Seer of the truth. I'm humbled and will submit myself to a day of humility to atone for my statement and (apparent) sin.
