    Good article

That everyone should read and think about. We've all been there :)

Grampa used to say, "Huh, the car started yesterday", to situations like this. Kinda like "the horse never died before".

    LOVED IT

I get to follow guys like that all day sometimes...not on huge central heating plants, but residential forced air.

Steam heat is not the only lost art.

    Thinking..the lost art of troubleshooting

    Huh

Absolutely right Tony, so the next time I catch myself saying "Huh, that never happened before..." I'll reconsider. As always thanks Dan and happy Holidays to all.

    Ironic

Got a call Friday from a bldg supt at a local school with a steam convector that doesn't get steam. As I quizzed him over the phone about what he'd already tried, he said, "It worked fine for the last 16 years". :)

    My old Boss

Used to say " Well the horse never died before, did he ? ".

It fit alot of customers complaints.
