anyone ever see 1 x 1/2 bushings with a directional scoop built into it for a monoflow system, and are the a choker on the return of the radiator or supposed to scoop water up into radiator on feed side. Most of system had standard 1" castiron tees with 1x1/2 bushings on branches. Had to move 20' of piping and found these directional bushings in 2 tees. Piped up system in cx with new 1x1/2 swt tee with scoop on feed since that is how they come with arrow facing flow, now having trouble heating a couple of radiators an I think maybe the new boiler feed and return were piped backwards cause I found 1 true monoflo tee in system with arrow pointing towards feed outlet on boiler, and I cant rip out every tee to check the bushing. Of course there was never a problem before I moved the pipe.
