Placement of expansion tank

We have added a buffer tank to our low mass (copper tube) gas boiler.
The loop goes between the boiler and the tank. On the reurn from the tank to the boiler, we have 2 closely spaced tees prior to the boiler pump.
On those tees, we have a supply header that comes out just beyond the tank and then a return header that is slightly closer to the boiler inlet.
Our supply header is a 1.5" pipe that has all our 5 individual zone pumps attached and is capped on the far end.
Is there any potential problem placing the expansion tank on that supply header prior to all the individual pumps?
It will be on the suction side of both the boiler pump as well as the individual zone pumps. thanks

Since you are pumping away
I do not see a problem. Would love to see a diagram of this one though!
