loosing steam from end-ofomain vent

in THE MAIN WALL
a 2-pipe steam system residential. is loosing a lot of steam out of the vent. about a gallon of water needs to be added daily.......... what is this? Thank you

    What is this??

    This is time to clean or replace the vent before the additional makeup water corrupts the rest of the system by introducing to much oxygen. May want to skim the boiler blow down the LWCO, and find a pro that knows how to do it.
