Do you have 18" from the lowest dry pipe to the waterline of the boiler?

Mains sagging and pooling water?

Runout to radiator sized right?

Right size main vent?

Are you sure the water's clean? New boiler can take 10 hours of cleaning...

Vent say CHINA on it?

    heres the prob 2nd floor radiator spitting like **** its a one pipe dry return system 2" main the rad. in question is near the end of the main (24") 2x1 1/4 tee rolled up pressuretrol set at 1/2" with 1 psi change have clened out boilr many times and now the prob seems to be getting worse with more banging was thinking of flushing radiator with hose any body else have any ideas
