Steam boiler replacement

When sizing a steam boiler by the connected Sq. Ft. of steam the Peerless brochure says the net I-B-R rating is based on a piping and pick up allowance of 1.33 for steam.
Does this mean that the gross output of the boiler would be 1.33 times the net I-B-R rating?
I have a job with approx. 95Ft. of 2" uninsulated mains in a basement and another 12' of 11/4" in a crawl space.
How much load would i have to add to the radiator calculation?
