permanent steam traps?

I am curious if anyone has heard of "The steamloc system". These are supposedly permanent steam traps made of stainless steel. The website is www.steamloc.com. I am a property manager and my building wants me to use this product instead of conventional traps for a steam boiler system. These traps have no moving parts and thus are supposed to last a very long time.
