If 1 to 2 psi is a good, efficient pressure to run boilers, why do pressuretrols go up to 5psi or more? Why not limit them to 3?
Same with pressure gages going from 0-15, why not 0-5?
It seems to me that you would want your parameters at midscale and not bottom of scale for better accuracy.
