What's Wrong with this piping?

in THE MAIN WALL
This piping goes to the last rad on one of two mains. The rad never heats right unless I shut off one other rad closer to the boiler. I'm thinking that there is not enough pitch and the condensate is pooing in the branch and causing the incoming steam to cool and, well, loose steam.

Any help/opinions would be appreciated.
