Any input on Biasi boilers?
A relatively local distributor is having some Biasi people at their facility for a demonstration. I've heard of Biasi in passing but know nothing about them.
Is this worth the time? It seems like most the Biasi links are in the UK. Anyone have a link that shows the equipment they have here?
Thanks.0 -
Can't be beat at their price point, you have spend alot more to get a better boiler

I prefer the B-10 over the SG series but both are very good boilers.0 -
Thanks for the input.

Ron, SG's
Have you experienced any error's with the Press gauges on the SG? I had one Contractor call me about that. They were filling the system with a glycol mixture and external pump and relying on the gauge. Boiler relief opened and the gauge was reading well below blow-off pressure. Also had calls about temp gauge not accurate. Have had two blocks go out with no well in Temp tap on top front of boiler. Have you seen any of this?

No problems with either the b-10's or the sg's. need more water content go sg, less go with the b-10. cannot complain with or about either. have several with carlins, most with riello's.

Must be
the Wholesaler, Right?

Wouldn't be the first one to blow off a relief valve while filling a boiler with a pump. Done it myself. How do you know the temp guages were off? Was there a secondary guage installed elsewhere? Temps in boilers tend to vary from area to area. Missing wells???? Sounds like the assembler didn't assemble!! I don't know about your wholesaler. I again state that I haven't had any problems.

I have not run into any problems with the Biasi gauges. Since I have never done the initial install of any of the Biasi boilers my self, I don't know of any missing items.0
