Camus Boilers

Comparing them to the PK or others, they look to be very well made. SS jackets give it a high quality appearance and the bronze header construction seems better then the cast iron of others.

Some of the "other" copper boilers out there have had some longevity issues. I've saw one with a plastic tank that didn't make it but for a few years! (Don't know who's idea that was)

I also like the fact that they make them in bigger units up to 5,000,000btu. This should cut down on multiples a bit on big jobs.

Full modulation available on most models, good outputs, good looking construction. Now, time will tell.

    Any comments on Camus Boilers?

These are a copper coil style boiler/water heater, medium/high efficiency and apparently made in Ontario. They are new to me, so I'm checking the Wall to see if anyone else has had any experience with these and any "things to watch out for" in terms of their set-up and operation.

    Camus

    Good Morning,

Camus equipment is the brain-child of Mario Ruscio, he was the founder of another copper-fin line, RBI heaters. After Mestek bought out RBI, he spawned this new company. Like RBI, this should be quality product.

    Peace,
    Bill
