I would check you voltage, length of the wire and also the integrety on the wire itself.

heatmaker low limit ?
recently have 4 unit with same problem, relay won't let external circ come on. jump out relay, pump on, go to stat change no go, jump stat relay on. asssume stat bad try another no go. change board nope. check wiring seems good contacts.
then one saturday same thing. yet when jumped starts to shortcycle.
tried more than one stat and board.
any thoughts?
everybody has heat and hot water but can't leave jumped out when warm weather arrives.0 -

Not familar with that unit but have you checked to see if there is proirity relay which would ensure domestics hot water production over heat usually with a time limit not let the house temp fall to low .The only reason i ask ins i though you said they have hot water but no haet circ won't pull in right if so go over the wiring diagram and follow out your wiring have faith .If you can see if ther a cicr low limit could be the culprit peace and good luck clammyR.A.
